Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible  for a return, items must be:

Clothing Return Policy

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or other signs or wear.
• Be returned in original package when possible.

Jewelry Return Policy

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, All jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, or other jewelry items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your jewelry arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim. If your claim is approved we will provide a replacement                     ( if available ) or issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.
